End of Year 2024 - A Reflection

Approximately 4 months ago I started working on the project "AliaRuna" in order to capture and conceptualise what has growing inside of me over years.

With great and strong support of my dear friend Tanja and my husband Livio I was finally able to create this space and place myself in it.

Having a full-time job in compliance consulting, a family and a vivid life with numerous occupations nearby, it took more or less frequent tiny steps to gradually build this home where I can pour my mind and soul into it.

To always focus on well-being, energy-levels and health sometimes requires to detach and slow down life without, however, loosing what is most important to oneself. This stretch has not always been mastered well by myself. So I would still consider everything here and in real life a constant "work in progress" scenario.

Therefore, this tiny realm in the world wide web will gradually expand and deepen over time.

Important to note here is, that the inner perfectionist often has to be placed down in order to allow the concept "one step at a time" to flourish. At the end, what matters is the slow, but steady progress in order to build something for oneself and in the progress discover oneselfs deepest truths.

What a wonderful journey and I am indeed blessed to be able to share that with my selected audience.
