Who will accompany you:

I grew up in a middle-class family with two younger brothers in Germany, with the contrast between village and nobility.

At the age of 19, my academic journey began, which took me through several countries in Europe over the next 11 years and culminated in beautiful Bern, Switzerland, where I gave birth to my son in 2019.

A powerful, life-changing event.

I changed the course of my career and have now been working in industry and business for years.

People I worked with because they were important in a professional context include: renowned research group leaders, Nobel Prize winners, doctors, CEOs, politicians, actors, diplomats, businessmen, etc.

What they all have in common is that 90% of them are men. You can think what you want about stereotypes, but the fact is that the economy and industry are still a male domain in which women have to find their way.

And if we add another component, the family, it becomes even more complex.

As a tall, blonde academic with a strong passion for fashion and style, I have an extensive portfolio of situations and experiences in the industry to offer, which I would like to pass on with the help of this small space on the Internet.

It is not absolutely necessary for every woman to pave her own path anew when there are already certain approaches and tricks to establish oneself more efficiently and skillfully in a male-dominated environment and still remain true to oneself.

And these, and more, I am willing to share.
